The staff are well versed with their products and nothing is too much trouble for them. I wanted some info about the dish size I should use and Ashley was more than helpful. I ordered the items I required and asked for normal delivery but on the Monday morning I decided to have a 2 day delivery option at extra cost, Ashley went through the order again and changed the delivery option, No trouble at all. The product should have arrived on the Wednesday but when I tracked it, it was still in the warehouse. I asked what was going on and after a phone call, they told me it had not been scanned, so would not go out until the following day. Neither myself or SystemSAT were pleased about that. The product duly arrived the next day (Thursday) I telephoned SystemSAT and they were relieved also and as a gesture of Goodwill they agreed to send me some 'rubber boots' to protect the 'F' plugs on the LNB. Great service would highly recommend them. Well done to all at SystemSAT Regards. Michael Owen
